We are working with a highly prestigious property company that manages high-end Property across London. Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. You will be working from the central London office 4 days a week and 1 day from home.

 

You will be:

  • Manages overall office operations and reports to the management team.
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Procure and manage office supplies, including mobile phone contracts and statutory services
  • Oversees IT providers and infrastructure.
  • Supervises staff interactions and addresses their office management queries.
  • Monitor office management and create innovative work systems.
  • Collaborates with HR to update office policies and onboard new hires.
  • Organises all in-house or off-site activities.
  • Arranges travel, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Ensure that all Company accreditations are kept up to date
  • Line manages the office receptionist
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety measures in the office.

 

Experience needed:

  • Extensive experience in an Office or Operations Management position.
  • Confident using the full range of MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Will come from a stable career background with excellent written and spoken English
  • Second Language skills beneficial but NOT essential
  • Background in a similar environment essential (i.e. property, construction, maintenance etc.)

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • £40,000 – £42,000 DOE
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Discretionary yearly Bonus
  • Monday to Friday only – 37.5 hours per week
