Assistant Project Manager
Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with a growing Architectural Practice looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their Project Management Team on a permanent basis. You will be working from their studio in Liverpool Street 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
You Will Be:
- Assisting with multiple projects from execution to closing.
- Supporting in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
- Assisting with site visits, project documentation, and reporting.
- Helping to ensure that projects comply with UK planning regulations and building standards.
- Providing administrative support to the Project Managers, ensuring project files are kept up to date on the company SharePoint.
- Supporting with new business proposals, contracts, and invoicing processes .
Experience needed:
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination/ project management role in an architectural studio.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
- £38,000 – £42,000 DOE
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Flexible working with 3 days per week required in the office
