Property Maintenance Coordinator
Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with a highly prestigious property company that manages residential property across London. Our client is seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair work for residential properties
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, landlords and tenants to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work and expenses
- Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Assisting with the preparation of annual maintenance budgets
- Conducting property inspections to identify maintenance needs and create work orders
- Monitoring and tracking maintenance expenses and ensure they are within budget
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly
Experience needed:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in property management or property maintenance
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with property management software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Salary and Benefits:
- £27,000 – £30,000 DOE
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Discretionary yearly Bonus
- Monday to Friday only – 37.5 hours per week
