Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with a leading wealth management company seeking a Marketing Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. You will be working from the London office 3 days a week and 2 days from home. 

Duties include: 

• Developing clear marketing strategies in line with the business objectives 
• Ensuring consistent coordination, planning, and reporting frameworks for strategic priorities across marketing, with all team leads 
• Delivering content plans for strategic priority areas 
• Defining core messages for strategic capabilities 
• Ensuring the timely delivery of campaign-related content 
• Ensuring a compelling client journey and experience from capabilities to product, driving commercial relevance, and focusing marketing resources on the most effective areas of influence. 
• Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with key investment teams and client coverage decision-makers. 
• Delivering creative and engaging content that resonates with clients  

Experience needed: 

• 5-10+ years’ experience in marketing roles with wealth managers 
• Marketing degree or similar qualification preferable 
• Proven expertise producing exceptional B2B content with client impact, including dealing with senior business stakeholders 
• Strong organisational and project management skills 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

Salary and Benefits: 

• £70,000 – £75,000 DOE 
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
