IT Manager
Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with a PopTech startup that is looking for a switched on IT Manager to join their expanding team based in Liverpool Street on a permanent basis. You will be working from their London office 5 days a week.
Duties include:
- Lead IT operations for the London office, delivering fast, professional support
- Resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network, and telephony issues
- Align IT priorities with business goals in collaboration with leadership
- Plan and manage IT equipment procurement, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Share insights with the rest of the IT team and drive process improvements
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements to systems and processes
- Maintain compliance, user permissions, and accurate system documentation
Experience needed:
- Experience as an IT Manager or senior IT support in a fast-paced setting or within a tech startup environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra (Azure), Windows, and network configuration
- Organised, solutions-focused, and confident troubleshooting under pressure
- Team player and proactive problem-solver
- Flexible to support critical issues outside normal hours when required to maintain smooth operations
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
- £65,000 – £70,000 DOE
- Discretionary Bonus
