Data Project Manager
We are currently seeking a Data Project Manager to join a reputable construction company based in Marylebone. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal data and AI strategy of the company and delivering the roadmap. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in their Central London office.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading internal data and AI projects within a Microsoft ecosystem
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Managing vendor relationships and guiding product managers toward cohesive delivery
- Operating within Agile frameworks, contributing to a roadmap that evolves toward agentic systems
- Overseeing data governance, security, and compliance across all initiatives
- Translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and strategic direction
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying emerging technologies and opportunities to enhance the Microsoft data and AI ecosystem
- Monitoring and reporting on project performance, using KPIs and metrics to ensure delivery outcomes meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
Experienced Needed:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in data-centric environments
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and familiarity with AI concepts
- Experience working within the Microsoft data stack (e.g. Fabric, Azure Databricks, Power BI, Lakehouse, Copilot)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the maturity to navigate complex internal dynamics
- Agile delivery experience and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
