We are currently seeking a Power BI Analyst to join a reputable construction company based in Marylebone. This is a newly established Data and Reporting function. You will be working 3 days per week in their Central London office and 2 days from home.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborating closely with your team and key business stakeholders
• Working across departments to uncover reporting needs
• Gather requirements, and designing insightful Power BI solutions that drive smarter decision-making
• Ensure end-users can easily access and interpret key business metrics
• Creating visually engaging, user-friendly reports

Experienced Needed:

• Experience with semantic modelling
• Proven ability to design and develop insightful Power BI reports
• Proficiency in writing complex DAX measures
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or Databricks (bonus)
• Experience working in an Azure environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
