We are working with a well-established financial services firm that is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team on a permanent basis. You will be working from the central London office  based in Baker Street 4 days a week and 1 day from home after training.

 

You will be:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all technical issues (phone, email and in person).
  • Logging support tickets for all issues flagged, including daily checks.
  • Managing incidents and requests and escalating to 2nd and 3rd line support where necessary.
  • Processing requests, including but not limited to new starters, leavers and movers.
  • Building laptops, and smartphone handsets to team standards.
  • Hosting inductions for new employees.
  • Assisting with employee moves, meeting room setups and new office installations.
  • Dealing with equipment fault finding/troubleshooting, testing, repair or dispatch for repair.
  • Maintaining Inventory records.

 

Experience needed:

  • Experience working within an IT Service desk / Help Desk
  • Possess a relevant IT qualification
  • Proven technical experience assisting Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Azure and Active Directory.
  • General understanding of LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS
  • Confident in supporting and communicating at all levels of the business.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge with regard to both hardware and software and the practical ability to take ownership of technical incidents.

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Friday only – 37.5 hours per week
