Property Administrator
We are working with a property company that is seeking an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the central London office, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management team and helping to drive administration efficiency (training provided)
Duties include:
- Administrative support to Property Managers and the wider office team.
- Maintain and update the purchase order system to ensure all expenditure is supported by a works order.
- Carry out general administrative duties including answering telephone, responding to queries from residents and contractors, responding to and compiling emails, and sending letters as required.
- Filing and organising emails into teams and for the appropriate Property Manager.
- Coordinate site visits and access for contractors, inspectors and consultants.
- Dealing with customer service/complaints as the first point of contact.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings. Take notes in meetings where required.
- General diary management for the wider property management team.
- Updating the Property Information Management System database
- Assisting the Project Coordinator where needed.
Experience needed:
- Approachable and can build rapport both with internal stakeholders and external clients where needed
- Proven administration experience including use of MS applications e.g. basic excel, word, outlook etc.
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and confident communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and work to deadlines
- Work experience within the residential property sector or similar environment would be beneficial
Salary and Benefits:
- £28,000 – £32,000 DOE
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
- Monday to Friday only – 37.5 hours per week
