PA & Project Coordinator
Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with a mid-sized Architectural and Design Studio that is seeking an experienced PA and Project Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis. You will be working from the London studio 4 days a week and 1 day from home.
What will you be doing?
- Provide support to a busy studio director, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and email management.
- Coordinate and take minutes for meetings involving the board of directors, and senior management team.
- Create documents and reports using InDesign
- Maintain both paper and electronic document management
- Organise project meetings, including booking rooms and arranging travel
- Colour and label sketches and drawings using Photoshop
- Conduct research for project teams
- Ensure the practice’s protocols are maintained
- Coordinate project information
- Organise and coordinate studio meetings and events
Experience needed:
- Previous experience supporting senior levels of staff in an Architecture or Interior Design studio
- Must have InDesign and Photoshop skills (Advanced level is a plus but not essential)
- Demonstrable reasonable level of graphic expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident and calm communicator across all staff levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Methodical, flexible, and detail-oriented in your approach
- Ability to work discretely and confidentially
- Ability to work well as part of a team and to meet demanding deadlines
Salary and Benefits:
- £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Discretionary Annual Bonus
- Monday to Friday only – 37.5 hours per week
