Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with an Interior Design Studio that is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager dto join the business on a permanent basis. You will be working from their studio in Notting Hill 4 days a week and 1 day from home. 

Duties include: 

• Developing and executing the marketing strategy to align with the studio goals and market trends. 
• Creating and managing the marketing plan, integrating research, new business, and service priorities. 
• Planning and overseeing social media, website updates, SEO improvements, and newsletters. 
• Ensuring brand consistency and maintaining quality across proposals and materials. 
• Driving pipeline development and maintain consistent engagement. 
• Managing the yearly marketing budget 
• Making decisions on event planning and attendance. 
• Line managing 3 direct reports 

Experience needed: 

• Previous experience working in an Architecture or Interior Design studio. 
• Skilled in CRM systems (Pipedrive or Airtable experience advantageous) 
• Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills 
• Strategic thinker with a creative and innovative mindset 
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  

Salary and Benefits: 

• £55,000 – £60,000 DOE 
• 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays  
• Discretionary bonus 
• Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
