Business Development Manager
Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with an award-winning architecture studio that is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working from their London studio 4 days a week and 1 day from home.
Duties include:
- Identifying, targeting, and converting high-potential leads across key sectors and regions
- Building and strengthening relationships with clients, operators, and suppliers
- Collaborating with senior team members on pitches, tenders, and client engagement
- Working with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals
- Maintaining CRM records, tracking sales pipeline, and report on progress
- Representing the studio at various events
Experience needed:
- 3+ years experience in business development, ideally within an architecture or design studio environment
- Proven ability to win new business and manage high-level relationships
- Confident representing a brand at industry events in the UK and internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
- £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
- Discretionary Bonus
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Day off on your birthday
- Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
