HR Manager
Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with an award-winning architecture studio that is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working from their London studio 4 days a week and 1 day from home.
Duties include:
- Managing recruitment processes with external agency
- Conducting exit interviews and following up on feedback
- Handling internal talent transfers, secondments, and relocations
- Managing the monthly payroll with external PS
- Providing guidance on HR policies to colleagues and leaders
- Managing absence reporting and implementing appropriate management strategies

Supporting managers with pay reviews, promotions, and appraisals
- Generating monthly and ad hoc reports
- Line managing and mentoring a HR Coordinator
- Managing and supporting project resourcing
Experience needed:
- 4+ years experience working as an HR generalist in a creative environment
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies
- Solid administrative skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience dealing with employee relation cases
- Familiar with payroll processes and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
- £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
- Discretionary Bonus
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Day off on your birthday
- Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
