Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with a fastest growing bank that is looking for a Relationship Manager to join the company on a permanent basis. You will be working from their London office 3 days a week and 2 days from home.

 

Duties include:

  • Establishing and maintaining exceptional customer relationships, ensuring both new and existing customers receive outstanding service that promotes retention and long-term relationships
  • Driving revenue and good customer outcomes across a wide range of lending including bridging, property and portfolio Buy-to Let, asset backed and specialist lending
  • Facilitating applications through the credit approval process to completion with the support of a Relationship Management Support and Loan Completions Teams
  • Supporting the Portfolio team in carrying out periodic credit reviews, covenant monitoring and post completion conditions on all existing customers
  • Building and maintaining new relationships with key professionals including clients and brokers with additional knowledge of and regular contact with solicitors and valuers where required.
  • Negotiating and structuring of loan applications and proposals to send to the Credit Team right from initial review and through to credit approval and loan completion.
  • Delivering fantastic service to your broker network and ensuring that GB Bank are at the forefront of their thoughts for their client’s future lending needs

 

Experience needed:

  • 4+ experience as a property lending Relationship Manager within a real estate or financial services environment
  • Strong business development skills with broad market knowledge and presence
  • An existing network of Brokers and Introducers who can support you and enable your own success
  • Strong credit track record within depth knowledge of credit and lending to businesses
  • Knowledge of risk management, core lending and financial analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, efficiently and organised

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • £60,000 – £65,000 DOE
  • Yearly Discretionary Bonus
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week
