Senior Architect
Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with a growing Architectural Practice looking for a Senior Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working from their studio 5 days a week.
You Will Be:
- Leading projects through all RIBA stages, from initial concept to final completion
- Producing, reviewing, and coordinating detailed technical design information
- Managing planning applications and building regulation submissions to ensure compliance
- Coordinating inputs from consultants and integrating technical contributions effectively
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients and local authorities throughout projects
- Ensuring all project work meets council tender requirements and reporting standards
- Maintaining accuracy, constructability, and adherence to relevant regulations across all project outputs
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members to support professional development
Experience needed:
- ARB and RIBA registered Architect
- Experience working across all RIBA stages
- Proficient in CAD (ArchiCad is a plus)
- Experience delivering commercial and residential projects
- Familiarity with projects commissioned by local authorities is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
- £42,000 – £45,000 DOE
- 28 Days Holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
