Spencer & Trent Recruitment is working with a growing Architectural Practice looking for a Senior Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working from their studio 5 days a week. 

You Will Be: 

• Leading projects through all RIBA stages, from initial concept to final completion
• Producing, reviewing, and coordinating detailed technical design information
• Managing planning applications and building regulation submissions to ensure compliance
• Coordinating inputs from consultants and integrating technical contributions effectively
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients and local authorities throughout projects
• Ensuring all project work meets council tender requirements and reporting standards
• Maintaining accuracy, constructability, and adherence to relevant regulations across all project outputs
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members to support professional development

Experience needed: 

• ARB and RIBA registered Architect  
• Experience working across all RIBA stages  
• Proficient in CAD (ArchiCad is a plus)
• Experience delivering commercial and residential projects
• Familiarity with projects commissioned by local authorities is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

Salary and Benefits: 

• £42,000 – £45,000 DOE 
• 28 Days Holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) 
• Statutory Pension
